• World bassist / Also plays acoustic guitar
• Disciple of the late Detroit Jazz legend Sam Sanders
• Toured extensively alongside international superstars Youssou N'Dour, Cheikh Lo and Baaba Maal before moving to the Motor City
• Member of the Mandinka tribe. Sings in his native Wolof, French, Portuguese, English and a touch of Spanish.
